Please Don't Take My Sunshine Away

Tarquin: "They cheer her name, follow her lead. They would all die for her at the drop of a hat, or so they say. If all of this is true, and Miss Warren really is the people's hero, then what power do I have as the President of Earth United? What power do I have over my own people? When the masses chase after Janey Warren, a terrorist and a threat to the foundation of this Great Nation, and trample government like a heard of dumb sheep, what authority do I have in my own office!? It is time I put this girl to rest so that the sheep can again hear my voice in the storm."


Earth United President Tarquin arrives for Janey Warren's public execution in a dystopian sci-fi Earth. Tarquin has several augments that aid him as a president. These augments give him a more menacing look.

Again, I based the character from Moff Tarkin, the president from Eagle Eye, and a bit of Bill Nightly but I think he turned out looking alot like G-Man from Half-Life.
